About Us
We opened our kitchen in February of 2020 (right before the COVID pandemic hit) as a Vietnamese family-owned business. While it’s been quite rough launching a restaurant during the midst of a global pandemic, we’ve been lucky enough to have such a supportive community of Pho-lovers that always come back to enjoy our food! Our goal is to bring fresh, authentic, & vegetarian-friendly Vietnamese food to the suburbs of Chicago for all to enjoy.

It was always our dream to open a restaurant. The first thought of “Pholicious” came to be when we had our first kid, Lennon in 2013. During that time, we didn’t know how to start. All we knew was that we loved food. We believe that food brings people together. Jeine & I have always loved cooking good food for our family and friends. So since 2013, we’ve tried and tested different authentic recipes, perfecting our craft and secrets to creating the best tasting Vietnamese food for the people of Chicagoland.
Opening a restaurant at the start of the COVID pandemic was never intention. But we know how to stay strong and have had very loyal customers support us along the way.
